All it took to expose his 40,000 Twitter followers to an attack of their own was a reboot of his phone and a direct message from a “friend”. If you follow any of the technology blogs, you probably have heard about the recent issue with Geek Squad charging for “PC  Quick Tune-up” or “Optimization” service.
